ADVENTURE DETAILs

Canada has the best ice climbing in the world! Learn to climb a frozen waterfall with us! This exciting experience will take you to places very few adventurers have enjoyed.
This adventure starts when you meet your guide and get your equipment. From there we will travel to our climbing site. The full day tour allows you to learn to ice climb with coaching in technical skills like footwork, balance, and fluid movement. It also gives you more time for ice climbing!

All technical equipment included (boots, crampons, harnesses, axes, helmet)
Wear winter clothing and lots of layers (what you would wear to the ski hill)
Please arrive with lunch, water, a full tank of gas, and be ready to adventure

Tim took three of us out on our first ice climb. He was very informative about ice formations and techniques. He was able to instruct us up a large waterfall. It was such a wonderful experience. Tim was super encouraging and was able to tailor his teaching style to fit each one of our different personalities. I highly highly recommend girth hitch Guiding.
