With bolts in tow, Andrew and I headed back to the West Country with visions of a few (more moderate) lines. While climbing Batteries Not Included, we had eyed the clean slabs to the right of Liquid Corner and knew this would offer good, easier sport climbing.
Since the first few pitches of Batteries Not Included (one of the first climbs we put up on Solar Panel) were moderate and all sport bolted, it made sense to head up Batteries Not Included and branch to the right – aiming for a nice friendly sport route. We quickly reached this location and I headed out to the right on beautiful limestone slabs.Â
Some routes sort of hand themselves to you; AA was the first time I had experienced this. Bolting on lead, we added four long sport pitches that day. It felt fun, easy, and light. This was a good route that we knew many people could enjoy. We bolted the original finish on AA that day as well. Day 6
