ADVENTURE DETAILs

This one-day companion rescue course is designed for individuals who are looking to review and then build upon the rescue skills taught in the AST 1. We will update you on the latest techniques for searching, probing, and shovelling. You will then spend the day learning how to solve multiple burials, close proximity burials, and deep burial scenarios.

  • Wear winter clothing and lots of layers (what you would wear to the ski hill)
  • Come expecting to be outside
  • Please arrive with lunch, water, a full tank of gas, and be ready to adventure

Avalanche safety sets are available for rental
